Pink Bay wants to offer vital help to people in need, participate in worthwhile causes and make an impact on the communities at large. We have a culture that encourages employees to volunteer to make an impact in our environment, therefor we donate one day per employee each quarter to do volunteer work. We choose and participate in causes that align with our business objectives.
